5 Supplements to Help Keep Your Kids Healthy

I am not sure if it’s because I have a 4-year-old that just started school or a-2 year-old who is in daycare, but I am doing my best to keep my kids as healthy as possible. What this means to me is arming them with the best nutrition possible and practicing good hygiene.

Today I sent my son to school with strawberries, carrots, blueberries, cukes and carrots… and they all came back home with him. Even trying my best, my kids won’t always eat what I wish they would, so this is when I turn to supplements. I realize that nothing can replace the quality, variety and even the availability of nutrients found in food, and in no way are supplements a replacement for a proper meal. But I also don’t want to my children to be deficient in important nutrients.
