Last week, in the first part of my series about brain health, I looked at food and good nutrition and its role in cognitive function. So, I started thinking of ways I could combine some of these foods into a quick and easy meal. I spent the weekend coming up with yummy smoothie recipes using some of the foods mentioned and although all were delicious, my family and I had a clear favorite.
