Don’t you hate when you start to feel that little tickle in your throat? It is especially heartbreaking when it affects your little ones. Well, researchers from Israel have found that a spoonful of honey may be the best medicine. They found that a 10 gram dose (about 2 tsps) of honey before bedtime in a group of children aged 1 to 5 helped relieved symptoms of the common cold.
