According to www.kosherquest.org, over 5 million Americans shop for kosher products every day.  What does kosher mean for supplements?  Well, very simply, supplements that are kosher have been put through rigorous hygienic controls and also are certified by different kosher agencies.  Look for kosher symbols on labels. Kosher symbols not only ensure that the food is kosher, they also identify the kosher certifying organization that issued the certification.
