Sniffling, runny nose, red eyes… Spring is upon us and along with warmer days and blooming flowers, comes pollen. Pollen from grasses, trees, and weeds sure can take its toll on allergy sufferers. Luckily, there are steps that can be taken to help curb some of these allergy symptoms. Unfortunately, spring isn’t the only time of year that people are plagued by allergy symptoms.
